The intention of Corporate Mentoring Service that is a chain in Adler Integrated Corporate Coaching Solutions is to enhance the productivity, performance and awareness of the employees in regard of middle and long term goals; maintain continuous mentoring process within the company and increase corporate loyalty.
HR managers, department managers, leaders and top level executives work with Adler Professional Mentor Coaches for 2 days and subsequently practice mentoring for 1 day to develop their competencies in mentoring and gain practice.
It is aimed that the mentees (mentee-client) who participate in this program to become aware of the role they partake and determine their personal agenda so that they achieve maximum yield from the mentoring system. The program process for mentees is one day. After they complete Mentoring and Mentee training, they begin mentoring process by process partnering. The organization is supported by Mentor Coaches during this period.
