Stellar Team Development Program and Team Productivity Evaluation Process is an innovative approach for measuring team performance and its improvement. The “Workshops” designed for the learning of the team, facilitate the participants to understand the concepts of team dynamics as a “system” and recognize basic competencies. Workshops include,
