Adria Trowhill is a Master Certified Coach who is a trailblazer in Canadian leadership and leadership team coaching. She created the ‘Living Systems Approach’™ for coaching collaborative work groups and teams which has been taught across North America. Her clients are senior executives, leadership teams and corporate coaches globally, who are committed to bringing outstanding results, openness to new ideas, strategic thinking, passion and spirit to the workplace. Adria currently is Dean of the Coaching Certificate Program at Adler International Learning and leads their coaching program worldwide

Adria has been featured in the Financial Post, Globe and Mail, Puget Sound Journal, Esteem magazine and CHOICE, the magazine for coaches which is distributed globally. Adria is has provided a broad range of coaching and consulting services for individuals and organizations in Canada, USA, Asia and the UK. She was a Senior Consultant for Geller, Shedletsky and Weiss for 10 years. During this period, Adria designed and delivered a variety of training and organizational development programs and as well, provided psychological assessments and coaching for senior executives. These assessments were used for the purposes of succession planning and employee placements as well as career development planning. She has created customized intensive 360 interview processes for her clients and is also qualified to administer a wide variety of assessment tools should the client want these.. Her background in organizational and clinical psychology combined with extensive experience addressing leadership, performance, organizational development and change issues, provides a comprehensive, in-depth platform for her coaching.

Adria served as President of the Toronto International Coach Federation for 2.5 years, was Canadian leader for ICF for 2 years and past program director for ACTO, the Association for Coach Training Organizations Internationally. As a founding faculty of Adler International Learning in Toronto and Phoenix, she was a key player in the development and certification of the Adler coaching program. Currently Adria fills the role of Dean of the Adler International Learning Coaching Program worldwide. Her vision is to make a significant difference in the creation of empowering, highly productive organizational cultures globally.
