Ahmet Süha KOÇEL

After completing his Bachelor’s degree in the Department of Chemical Engineering at METU, Ahmet Süha Koçel received MBA training from Adana Academia of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Between 1968 and 1969 he studied in the USA with AFS scholarship. In 1987 he was in Australia with Group Research Exchange with the help of Rotary International. With more than 30 years of management experience from production to planning and from sales to marketing, Koçel was employed in the largest integrated textile production center of Turkey respectively as Production and Budget Manager, Planning Director, Marketing Manager and Vice Director in charge of Sales and Marketing. Moreover, Koçel undertook the management of the Head Office of one of the biggest textile complexes in Turkmenistan after working as a senior manager in leading companies of Turkey as part of the production and marketing staff.

Koçel, who has completed the ICF accredited Coaching Certification program in ADLER Central Europe, is also an experienced Master Practitioner of NLP. He has received over 350 hours of International Certified Coaching Training including Organization and Team Coaching and he has continued to extend his perspective. Since 2002 he has carried out senior manager coaching for more than 5000 hours in various sectors including the biggest airline company of Turkey. Koçel, who has also completed the Advanced Coaching: Practicum and Trainer Training and Mentoring program of Adler, continues to provide his ICF accredited coaching and manager coaching services in Turkish and English within Adler Central Europe.

Speaking English very well, Ahmet Süha Koçel is married with two children. He shines out as a person who “knows how to listen, is trustworthy and loves sharing.” “Effective”, “In the Flow” and “Sharing” are the words that define his character and outlook of life best.
