Embrace the power of your breath while increasing your courage, hope and joy.
We all have breathing patterns that bear traces of the way we live. The breaths we start taking when we are born are the most effective use of our diaphragm muscle. There is a pattern in which our body is oxygenated in the best way, our abdomen inflates with each inhalation, our abdomen decreases with each exhalation, and our breaths flow easily. This is our natural Breath Pattern when we come into the world.
Over time, our fears, sadness, anger, losses, stress, anxiety and other negative emotions begin to change our natural breathing patterns and our diaphragm becomes inactive, our breaths become restricted and accumulate, creating the risk of blockages and the materialization of these blockages in our body, in other words, physical diseases.
When we restrict our breathing, we reduce or suppress our emotional responses. In the same way, we limit our life. Through breathwork we open and clear our restricted breathing, generating more energy, increased detoxification, better health, improved respiratory capacity, strengthened immune system and greater balance.
In order to understand our breathing patterns, the strength, frequency and depth of the breaths we take, whether they are connected or not, and pauses, if any, give us an idea about the quality and quantity of the breath we take into our body. We can recognize this by some of the leading signs such as fatigue, insomnia, weakness, confusion, difficulty staying calm, quick anger, getting stressed more often and easily, etc.
For example, in our daily lives, if we are constantly rushing from one place to another, constantly in different thoughts, feeling that we have to decide something fast, we may notice that we are accompanied by intermittent short breaths.
Transformational Breathing Technique
Transformational Breathing clarifies the flow of breath in the body by following the body map and helps to "transform" our breathing patterns to resolve blockages. It is a technique where breathing is done through the mouth.
The use of mouth breathing ensures maximum oxygenation of the body and, if practiced at regular intervals, improves the quality of the breath we take through our nose in our daily lives.
There are countless breathing techniques and schools of thought, but the only one that encompasses all 3 dimensions (Physical - Mental and Emotional - Spiritual) is the Transformational breathing technique. This breathing technique not only corrects and improves old and ineffective breathing patterns, but also teaches individuals how their breathing can reduce stress, increase energy, increase self-awareness, increase mood and better integrate with higher consciousness.
In essence, the work serves to dissolve blockages by strengthening our diaphragm muscle and allowing our body to be better oxygenated starting from our cells with strong, deep and connected breaths. It works on 3 levels at the same time; Physical, Mental and Emotional, Spiritual.
