Since I had questions about the process at the very beginning of my coaching journey, I wanted to receive this training from the right place and from the right people. As I progressed through my many life identities, I learned to hold a mirror to myself through this training I attended. I returned to my essence with the many personal awarenesses I gained. The reflection of this change and transformation on my surroundings was also a source of pride for me. In the new year, with a ME that has transformed, found its purpose in life, does not silence the child within, is always curious, open to learning, asks more questions, abandons the judgmental mentality, hears more than just listening, and knows the answer to the question of who am I, I help the people I coach to realize their inner potential. and I will continue to coach them to implement it in their lives. ICF approved Coaching Programs are not just for coaching, they are actually a guide you can use on your inner journey. Each stage of the training, planned in modules, is full of surprises and very interesting learning. In addition, supporting theoretical knowledge with classroom studies is one of the strongest aspects of this program. I would like to thank the Adler family for their contributions to this journey I embarked on with the desire to search for meaning in life.

I met the Adler school and loved first the Professional Coaching path and then the Agile Coaching Program, which I believe will combine my corporate and project management experience. Even though I haven't had the opportunity to practice this yet, my search continues. Considering the resources I have, I believe that it will be useful when I get the opportunity. I also believe that the information sharing meetings organized for Agile Coaching are very effective for networking and sharing. I believe that it will be useful to share current trends, information and tools, especially in the Agile Coaching program.
