Coach selection Process
One of the most important rudiments of executive coaching is that the coach and the client are comfortable near each other.
In particular, the client wants to feel that they are in good harmony with the coach they are working with. Here are some questions you should consider before your selection negotiations:
- What are the qualities I look for in a coach?
- What are the points of focus in my coaching experience?
- What do I need to know/learn about my coach to build trust?
- How do I need to feel about my coach to build my belief?
- What concerns do I have about coaching?
Steps To Follow in The Coach Selection Process
- Evaluation of the resumes of Executive Coaches by the Client
- Organizing a chemistry meeting with the Executive Coaches with whom the client wants to meet
- Arranging Goal setting meeting with the Coach selected by the Client upon the Company's request. In the case of a Goal setting meeting request, the coach and the client initiate the coaching meetings by holding the goals meeting.
- Each meeting of the Executive Coaching Journey, which consists of 10 interviews in total, takes an average of 1 hour.
