After completing her Bachelor’s degree in the Department of Chemistry at Istanbul University, she has received her Master’s degree in the Economics of Management in 1993 and Marketing in 1995 at Istanbul University

Starting her 16-year professional career in 1994 at one of the widest retail supermarket chains of Turkey, Pak worked as a manager between 1996 and 2004 in the fields of Management of Local and National Sales Channels, Category Management and Commercial Marketing in the Turkish branch of one of the largest international FMCG companies of the world and she also became one of the first practitioners of category management in Turkey. Between 2005 and 2009 she directed the first and most successful category management of baby food in the world, set up the Commercial Marketing department that was chosen as Best Practice, established a customer-oriented chain store sales team and carried out vision project leadership.

Since 2009, she has been working as a consultant, manager and team coach in the fields of the structuring and management of sales organizations, commercial marketing, category and channel management, company dynamics, configuring compatible business processes, customer relationship management (CRM), strategic management and performance management in the training company which is co-founded by her. In addition, she is one of the founders of another training company that specializes in relationship systems management. She has earned her title completing the Coaching and Advanced Level Professional Coaching accreditation Practicum at Adler Central Europe. Completing the programs of Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC-CRR GLOBAL) and Team Coaching Intensive (TCI), she has become one of the practitioners of TCI as Team Diagnostic Authorized Facilitator in Turkey. She has been working as a Professional Manager Coach and Relationship Systems (Team) Coach in order to give support to individuals to enable them to be more efficient, flexible, authentic and creative in their private and professional lives since 2011. Receiving the title of Adler Certified Trainer (ACT) after completing the Trainer Training program of Adler Central Europe, she has worked as a trainer in leadership and management programs with her coaching approach as an Adler Corporate Training Leader. She is also the official trainer of the P.E.T. – Parent Effectiveness Training of Gordon Institute.

She also gives seminars as a volunteer at universities and organizations in order to contribute to young individuals who are in search of a life full of value and integrity.
