Aylin İyicik is a professional who has developed herself in individual coaching, team coaching and creating effective dialogue. Aylin Iyicik, who has completed the Adler Central Europe ICF-approved Professional Coaching Certificate Program, Advanced Coaching: Practicum and Adler Trainer Training Program, is a Faculty member within Adler Central Europe. Aylin İyicik, who received Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from International Coach Federation (ICF) after more than 700 hours of coaching sessions, has been coaching managers and coaching executive teams.
She has completed her Team, Systems and Relationship Coaching training and the certification in CRR (Center For Right Relationship), which is one of the ICF approved schools, and earned the ORSCC (Organization and Relationship System Certified Coach) title. She is a practitioner who uses the Lewis Method of Deep Democracy in her facilitation and is on her way to becoming an accredited instructor. She also completed Gestalt Coaching Program ACTP as a part of her learning journey.
She started her career as a human resources consultant at Profil International in 1999, later joined the Koç Group and her final role was CHRO in Koçtaş. She has been a Human Resources Manager at Koç Allianz and Management Development Manager at Koç Holding during her 18-year career in Koç Group. She has earned her undergraduate degree from Middlesex University with a double major in Human Resources Management and Marketing. She is mother of twins and speaks English fluently. Family, friendship and sharing are at the center of her life. Aylin constantly dreams of persevering in learning, which is her passion and continuing to share, and she keeps nurturing these dreams.
