Ayşe ELERMAN NEMUTLU

After completing her Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Business Administration in Istanbul University, Ayşe Elerman Nemutlu received her Master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Boğaziçi University in 1990.

She has worked in textile and IT sectors for 20 years as a manager and has been employed as a Project Manager at restructuring and change management projects. After retiring at 2003, she has worked as a Volunteer Teacher in AÇEV (Mother Child Education Foundation) and provided Literacy education to adults who don’t know how to read and write.

She has completed her coaching training at “Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and then she became one of the Adler Faculty Leaders after completing ICF accredited trainings of Adler Central Europe and “trainer training” programs. She has received her certified training for Team, Systems and Relations Coaching at CRR (Center for Right Relationship), which is one of the ICF accredited schools and she has received the title of ORSCC. Moreover, she is one of the few people who have the “Authorized Team Facilitator” competency, which is provided by Team Coaching International in Turkey. Nemutlu, who has also completed the “Leadership” program at CTI, provides Manager Coaching, Team and Relations Coaching and Leadership Training.

She actively works in the Projects Committee at ICF Turkey and the Mentoring Program at Boğaziçi University at the same time. Success, tranquility and selectiveness are basic principles of Ayşe Elerman Nemutlu.
