Ayşe Elerman Nemutlu, after completing her undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration, received her Master's degree from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 1990.

In her 20-year private sector career, she worked as a Professional Manager in the Textile and IT sectors. She also worked as a project manager for in-company and company group restructuring and change management projects. After retiring in 2003, she worked as a Volunteer Teacher at AÇEV and provided Reading and Writing Education to illiterate adults.

She completed her coaching trainings at Adler International Learning Central Europe (ACT) and CTI “Coaches Training Institute” and received the “International Professional Coaching Certificate (CPCC)” and she receive the ICF-approved “Master Certified Coach” (MCC) title.

She is one of the few people in our country with the “Authorized Team Facilitator” authorization from "Team Coaching International".

She completed the Team, Systems, and Relationship Coaching training and certification process at CRR (Center For Right Relationship), an ICF-approved school, and earned the title of ORSCC (Organization and Relationship System Certified Coach). Nemutlu, who has also completed the CTI “Leadership” program, has been working in the fields of leadership and organizational development since 2008.

She provides Professional Coaching Training, Advanced Professional Coaching Training, Executive Coaching, Team and Relationship Coaching, Leadership, and Mentoring services as the Adler Faculty Leader at Adler International Central Europe Coaching School.

She also received “Family Constellation” training at the Turkish System Constellations Institute and continues her training on “Organization Constellation”, which tries to open hidden dynamics.

She completed the CGT Council Guide Training training, which is based on life wisdom from Central America and Toltec culture. She has earned the right to share this information and has become a ‘Council Guide’.

She is a member of ICF Turkey and ICF Global, and his most prominent characteristics are continuous learning, peace, justice, compassion, love, curiosity, and aiming for the truth, she continues her Personal Development and Education studies on this path.

Her purpose in life is to ensure that her dreams rise to the level of collective consciousness and to increase the effect of her ability to reshape life.
