This information notice has been prepared by Adler Central Europe ("Adler Coaching") acting as the data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL") and the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform under the PDPL.

Your personal data such as name, surname, telephone, and email shared through the contact form on our website are processed by our company in order to carry out the necessary work by the relevant business units to benefit the relevant individuals from the products and services offered by our company, to carry out the related business processes, and to establish communication with you regarding the subject you have applied for. Additionally, we do not have absolute control over the information you share with this form. We recommend that you do not share your personal data and sensitive personal data with our Company if you do not wish us to know them.

The said personal data are processed automatically based on the legal grounds stipulated in Article 5 of the PDPL, namely "processing of data is compulsory for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" and "processing of data is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation of the data controller," and will only be shared with the relevant judicial authorities in legal disputes.

You can send your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the data subject, in accordance with the "Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller," in writing to the contact address or via the email address provided on our contact page.
