Dilara KAVRAZLI

Born in 1997, Dilara Kavrazlı completed her high school education at Vehbi Koç Foundation High School in 2015 and her undergraduate education at Istanbul Bilgi University Sociology Department in 2020. She stepped into working life during her university years and completed her first internship as a sales consultant in C&A Turkey to gain experience and see different things. Following years she started her internship in Benetton Turkey as an accounting internship. She tried to develop herself during this time and learned new suff about work life. After her graduation in 2021, she started working as an Order Processor in Advantech Turkey which is an Industrial Computer company, and worked there for 7 months. She joined the Adler family in January 2023 and expresses that she is very happy to be here and start to new chapter of her life.

She states that she believes education continues throughout the life, so that is why Dilara attends various trainings to improve herself since her university years. She competed language training in Oxford, England in 2011. She speaks advanced English. She attended the seminar on Discrimination and Trauma held by the Turkish Psychological Association in 2019 and received a certificate. She attended the Mindfulness Training given by Istanbul Bilgi University in 2020 and received a certificate. She received her Effective Communication Skills certificate in 2021 from Istanbul Aydın University and Boğaziçi Institute. She has been receiving mentor training since June 2022 and aims to improve herself in business and social life.

She has been interested in writing and reading since childhood. She writes poetry as an amateur. Spending time in nature and camping are among of her hobbies.
