With her desire to continuously develop herself and use her potential to inspire and empower individuals and teams as they navigate through their personal and professional change to create fulfilling lives and mindful organizations, Ferah works as a Professional Coach, Consultant and Trainer. She has decades of experience in the areas of coaching, consultancy, training, people management, organizational development, sales management, and strategic planning.

After she graduated from Robert College and Istanbul Technical University with an MS degree in Industrial Engineering, she worked for IBM for 20 years as a Sales Director. She has her signature under many successful projects, leaded change processes and initiated new sales models in the Turkish Market. Between 2006 and today, Ferah worked as an entrepreneur, managing her own company serving in the areas of Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Training, Consultancy, Organizational Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Sales Management and Personal Development. Her coaching focus is to help the clients increase their performance and fulfillment while supporting them to form the most authentic leadership style for themselves and their organizations. She has a holistic systems approach in team coaching, where she helps the teams to be creative, collaborative and courageous to drive change. Happiness@Work, leadership, engagement, employer branding are some of the areas she focuses her services.

Ferah has a certificate on Sales Management from Insead, she is an Adler Certified Professional Coach (ACPC) and ICF Accredited Coach (PCC), Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), Supervisor Coach, Medical Coach and a member of International Coach Federation (ICF) and EMCC.

She is a life-long volunteer and contributing member of community-based projects especially for young people and woman organizations.
