Lydia Roy is an executive coach, business consultant, and facilitator with over 20 years of integrated leadership, businessperformance coaching, mentoring, career development, and assessment experience in both corporate andentrepreneurial settings.
Lydia has cross-industry experience, and has worked with CEOs and Executives in a broad range of industries including major financial institutions and health care organizations. Her clients are successful executives (CEOs, VPs, Directors and business owners) whose leadership and people-skills may be holding them back from realizing their true goals and maximizing their professional success.

Lydia has also delivered programs leading to certification of new coaches for Adler International Learning.

She is certified by Adler International Learning, having graduated from their Professional Coaching Certification Program and currently holds the highest designation through the International Coach Federation as Master Certified Coach.
She has completed additional professional development training in a variety of tools, including Leading Managers 360, Workplace Big 5, Myers Briggs, EQ-Emotional Quotient, FIRO Business, DiSC,
VIA Survey, Predictive Index, and is a Situational Leadership Master Facilitator. Lydia is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Toronto Board of Trade and is a sought after international speaker and facilitator working with organizations in Canada, the United States, Europe, Turkey, India and China.
