He graduated from İzmir Science High School and had his bachelor’s degree in Bilkent University Electrical-Electronics Engineering Department. He completed his MBA in Boğaziçi University in Turkey.

Utku İlik, who started his career at Koç Group as "Management Trainee" in 1992, joined Eczacıbaşı Group in 1997. He and his team worked on "Strategic HR Management, Organizational Structuring, Talent Management, M&A HR Integration Management, Employer Brand, Integrated Recruitment Management, Wage and Benefits" during his last 10 years as "Eczacıbaşı Holding Human Resources Director" in Eczacıbaşı Group. He has implemented many projects in the fields of "Management, Employee Loyalty, Flexible Working

Models, Diversity" in organizations in Turkey and outside Turkey (especially in Germany and Russia). He provided training on many subjects within the institution and mentored many people. He won 10 different awards at the international Brandon Hall and Stevie awards with the interactive learning applications he created and delivered with his team with the "gamification" approach, such as "Talent Hero", "Smart Act" and some other projects.

While İlik gave conferences at many universities in the last 15 years with the interactive seminar program called "Career's Paths Are Made of Stone", which he designed himself, he also took part as a speaker at many Human Resources conferences; He took part in different HR working groups at home and abroad. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Ilik currently addresses the organizational and human needs of organizations from a "holistic" perspective and advises them on appropriate "Human Resources" solutions.

Having completed his ICF accredited professional coaching certification at ADLER International Learning, Ilik continues to guide and accompany leaders on their "awareness and transformation" journeys with pleasure as a "leader coach".

Utku İlik works on agility in areas such as "Discovering Personal Agility - Leadership with Agile Mindset", "Agile Organizations", "Agile Human Resources", provides training and consults to organizations that want change in these areas; İlik also contributes to the development of leaders with different leadership programs such as "High Performance Leadership Team" and "Coach-like Leadership".
