A graduate of Ankara University from the field of English Language and Human Resources Management and Development with a Master’s degree, Vedat Erol has worked as a trainer within Turkish Armed Forces and private sector for over 30 years, and he is also the founder of “As Leader” Leadership School, a trainer of leadership and management development, a professional leadership coach, writer and speaker.

As a Manager and Leadership trainer, his leadership training programs that have been developed in cooperation with international companies are preferred for skills management and leader development programs in many companies. As a Tracom Group International’s master trainer, he trains trainers in the field of Social Styles in Turkey and he is also authorized to give LET and PET trainings on behalf of Gordon Training.

Having completed the Adler Central Europe ICF accredited Professional Coaching Certificate Program and Advanced Coaching: Practicum and Adler Trainer Training programs, Vedat Erol is a manager coach and Faculty member within Adler Central Europe. Also employed as the Dean of Faculty of Adler Central Europe, Erol’s 6th book on leadership titled “My Leadership Journey” was published in 2012. As an experienced trainer who has participated in shared studies with international coaching organizations Coach Source and Global Coaches Network, he also works as a team coach for companies.

As a wise advisor, life-long learner, aware and awareness-raising person, Vedat Erol aims to contribute to more people and continues his leadership journey in the infinity of knowledge and love, using coaching as a tool to transfer the techniques of capturing the leadership of his/her career and life to people who are willing to learn about them.
