Yücel KOSAL

Born in Istanbul, Yücel Kosal graduated from Kadıköy Maarif College and completed his undergraduate studies at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Business Administration in 1985.

As a coach, Yücel Kosal’s mission is to support individuals and teams in courageously taking the necessary steps to reach their full potential and discover the meaning they seek. In line with this purpose, he works with senior executives and management teams.

Kosal is one of the Faculty Leaders of Adler International Central Europe. He is a certified ORSCC (Organization and Relationship Systems Certified Coach) and serves as a mentor in Adler’s “Practicum Certification Program,” which supports the development of new coaches.

Additionally, Yücel Kosal is a student (since 2009) and a guide (since 2012) of the “Delicate Lodge” Native American teachings, known as the Council Guide Training—an ancient wisdom path. These teachings have been used for centuries as a personal development tool and also form the foundation of what we now refer to as “Agile” circle-based leadership systems.

Kosal was introduced to Shadow Work in 2014, described in the U.S. as the “champagne of personal development programs.” Deeply inspired by its profound and transformative impact on himself and others, he pursued training, practice, and certification in this field and became a Certified Shadow Work Group Facilitator. He is one of only four accredited trainers in Turkey. He facilitates group work for individuals and collaborates with organizations to enhance awareness of shadow aspects among leaders, helping them identify core dynamics and create alternative roadmaps.

In his corporate career, he spent 21 years in the tourism sector, building a successful career in travel agency services. He concluded his professional journey as the General Manager of Hotel Beds Tourism, the Turkish agency of the UK-based First Choice Holidays Plc, where he worked for the final five years of his career.
