Born in Istanbul in 1962, Yücel Kosal completed his Bachelor’s degree in the Faculty of Management in 9 Eylül University in 1985 after graduating from Kadıköy Maarif College.

He has completed his management experience at various levels when he was a general manager after his 22-year career in tourism and he started working as a consultant for management coaching, team coaching and leadership in 2008. He is the only authorized trainer of the Horse Dream “Leadership with Horses for Managers” program.

CTI Co-Active Coaching Training, CTI Certification Program, CTI Barcelona Co-Active Leadership Program, Leadership Circle Profile Certification Program, Eric Kohner “Act of Leadership” Leadership Program, CRR Oslo Organization and Relationship Systems coaching Program, Horse Dream Germany Leadership with Horses Trainer Training Program, CRR Relationship and Team Coaching Certification Program (ORSCC), Alchamey3 Co-Leadership Program Council Guide training, Parent Effectiveness, Train the Trainer program and Improvisation Techniques Training are among the training programs he has completed. Having completed Adler Central Europe Professional Coaching Certificate Program and Advanced Coaching: Practicum, Trainer Training and Mentoring programs in 2009, Kosal is working as a leader in coaching certificate program as an Adler Faculty member and as a manager coach within Adler.

With his personal coaching approach based on the necessity of purging the coach-advisee relationship from all kinds of prejudice, Yücel Kosal thinks that the common purpose is achievement of the advisee of a point in his/her life where he/she can enjoy a “more satisfactory” living in every field. Saying that he is “living the Renaissance of his life” thanks to his career in coaching and training, Kosal is known as an individual who is an extrovert, a big fan of nature and a lover of personal development in every field of life.
